Od niedawna mamy w kraju bardzo tanie loty z Polski do Finladii. Korzystajac z okazji, że jeszcze jesteśmy w Unii Europejskiej można wybrać się do krainy tysiąca jezior na dość drogie wczasy albo na jeden z licznych tamtejszych letnich koncertów. Ruisrock to jeden z najstarszych europejskich festiwali. Był to pierwszy raz, kiedy udało mi się na niego wybrać. Ogromna trzydniowa impreza odbywa sie na wyspie Ruisallo niedaleko Turku.

The new bands and artists has been announced to perform on the one of the oldest rock festivals in Europe - Ruisrock. The line up is becoming more and more interresting when another celebirites join the crew. The artist list enriched mostly with the native Finnish bands and artist, however Jose Gonsales swedish singer-songwriter is surely the international accent on this list. The audiens will be able to rock their body and soul with this year Finnish representative of Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade - Terasbetoni, will they repete the success of Lordi? We will see in the end of May. Moreover the old-school alternative rockers 22-Pistepirkko will rock the stage together with the chart-topping Herra Ylppö ja ihmiset (lead singer in Maj Karma) and dinosaurs of Finnrock YUP who are nowadays doing live gigs very rarely.

The official website of Finish rock festival Ruisrock announced the first band selection for this years edition.The artists list is even more than promising, and it seams Ruisrock will beat heads over other popular Finnish summer festivals. The audience will be able to see the best Finnish metal bands i.e.: Nightwish, HIM, Apocalyptica, Amorphis, Sonata Arctica, Hanoi Rocks, The 69 Eyes, Turisas as well as grate international performances i.e.: Interpol (USA), Bullet For My Valentine (UK), The Ark (SWE), Life of Agony (USA), Opeth (SWE), Porcupine Tree (USA), The Cult (UK) and many more. The list is not closed yet!
