Lumous Gothic Festival
Lumous Gothic Festival is the most northern gothic festival in the
world, also it is the biggest gothic event in Finland. In the year 2005
Lumous celebrated it's fifth birthday and the festival was a great
success according to the bands and the audience. Lumous Gothic Festival
was started in 2001 and established it's place in the hearts of it's
target audience right away. The festival was as always held on first
weekend of july.
Even though named Lumous Gothic Festival, it's not just a gathering for gothic people. Our main purpose is to provide equal enjoyment for all members of the dark underground. Our musical direction contains, besides gothic rock, darker dance music, death rock, industrial and neofolk. We prefer to leave metal to Tuska Open Air Festival.
